Hello, 👋 First, I want to say this isn't a coincidence, you are here for a reason and I thank you for taking the time to learn a little bit about who we are at Rodriguez Building Maintenance.
My name is Miguel and my lovely❤️ wife is Guadalupe. I remember it like it was yesterday. We worked for a company called AMPAC and the owner suddenly passed away.😢
We were unsure of what are next move would be, but we knew that our passion was to serve👐 A couple of the companies🎭 ⛵ 🏢 who loved our work ethic asked if we could continue our services for them in which we agreed.
In 1998 we thought to ourselves, why don't we start our own business?👨💼👩💼 We know the industry ins and outs, and wouldn't it be nice to leave something for our kids👦🏽👧🏽👦🏽 So we did it!
Now here's the thing, we still had our day jobs because we weren't quite sure how to operate a business, being that we'd never done this before.
It wasn't until 2012, where my wife looked at me and said, Miguel, I believe in you and I need you to believe in me! We have to fully commit to our company 💯% and with the help of our kids, who myself and my wife owe so much, we came together as a TEAM and built this business from the ground up!
2️⃣0️⃣ yrs later we are proud to say that Rodriguez Building Maintenance is one of the top Janitorial Services in the Monterey Bay! We have a heart💗 of service and our goal is a spirit of excellence when it comes to our clients entrusting us with their cleaning needs.
